1) Payment

We accept payment by credit card, via Paypal or Apple Pay.

2) Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). This means that for UK orders, if you order on a weekday before 3pm, we will process your order and have it ready to send to you on the same day. After 3pm, we will send the order the next day.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Occasionally, a high volume of orders or postal service problems may mean that your order may be delayed – in these instances, we will contact you about the estimated date of your delivery.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping: We offer free shipping in the UK for orders over £40.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries – please contact us directly at info@marrkech-bazaar.co.uk first to make sure we can ship to you.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Marrakech Bazaar is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@marrkech-bazaar.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.



3) Returns Policy

Your complete satisfaction with our products is guaranteed! General merchandise items may be returned or exchanged in their original packaging within 10 days of receipt. Furniture purchases and custom orders are subject to slightly different rules which are described.
Marrakech Bazaar will not refund the shipping charges for returned items nor pay for the shipping of returned items unless the items delivered were either not what you ordered or arrived damaged. In these cases, you must contact us immediately upon receipt and we will arrange for a pickup of the goods.A 15% service fee will be charged on returned orders.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
If you wish to make a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service and obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Our store will only be able to accept return packages clearly marked with an RMA number. All the sale items are non returnable or exchangeable.
   
2. Pack and seal your return security in its original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box. Packages must be returned postage paid. We also recommend that you insure all packages since otherwise you will be responsible for any damage during the return shipment. marrakech-bazaar.co.uk will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

4) Privacy Policy
Marrakech Bazaar may collect and process information about you to better understand customer needs, how we can improve our products and services and for other purposes. We may notify you about Marrakech Bazaar products and services, changes to the web site or other information. If you do not want to receive any information from us, send an email to us advising us not to send any other Marrakech Bazaar information to info@marrakech-bazaar.co.uk.
Marrakech Bazaar does not sell trade or rent your personal information to others.

The products supplied from this web site are supplied by Marrakech Bazaar and shall be referred to as “Marrakech Bazaar “, “we”, “us”, or “our” throughout this web site. All website information, communications including advertisements made by Marrakech Bazaar are invitations only and are not offers or unilateral contracts. Your submission of an order represents an offer to purchase the products indicated by you, and is not binding on us until we have notified you that the order is accepted and the goods have been despatched by us. This means that if a product is shown on the web site but is not available or is incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described, Marrakech Bazaar shall not be obliged to sell you that product.

6) Value Added Tax
The price of any products stated on this web site shall be inclusive of Value Added Tax.

7) Duties
If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes that must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges. Marrakech Bazaar is not responsible for payment or reimbursement of any of these duties or charges.

8) Accuracy of Information
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours or other content available on the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. All sizes and measurements are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

The content of the Marrakech Bazaar site is protected by copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights.
