This unique ornament is hand carved from the burl of the Thuya tree, indigenous to the Atlas Mountains. It has a sweet, cedar-like aroma and a rich, dense colour and beautiful grain.

The artist has depicted a Fennec fox, which is native to the deserts of North Africa. It is a small creature but has large ears in proportion to its body size. It would be a delightfully eccentric ornament for either an eclectic or a modern home setting
