Taznakht Rugs

Rugs made in the Taznakht region are flat-woven (they are a kilim rug) and often double-sided – so you can use them on either side. The Glaoui type of rug from the same region uses three different techniques – flat weaving, embroidery and knotting, to create a rich and often complex texture.
